Brief
Olive VFM was selected to provide FM Services, DLP Management and OA Management Services to this project, which is located in the heart of Bahrain.
City View Tower is a stunning 23 story residential apartment tower with 88 apartments comprising of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The tower is designed with a spacious lounge, reception area for residents and visitors equipped with 3 units of lifts, security system, surveillance cameras, fully equipped and modern gym, swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis for both, ladies and gentlemen.
Challenges
Property Management (including handovers to clients, snagging of properties etc), DLP Management, complete FM Management and operation, as well as OA Management Services.
FM Services required: General Maintenance (Fabric, Plumbing, Electrical Works etc), HVAC maintenance for common areas, Cleaning, Security, Fire-Fighting, Fire alarm, Lifts, Pest control, Landscape etc.
Solution
- Deployment of on-site specialist team that handled and communicated directly with all related parties.
- Work order process (call centre etc).
- Assets management solution integrated with client and supplier’s technology, using CAFM system.
