Brief
Olive VFM was selected to provide FM Services, Owners Association Establishment and Registration with RERA, and Owners Association Management Services to this project.
Burj Yara is an 11-storey residential apartment tower with 40 apartments.
The tower includes reception area equipped with 2 units of lifts, security system, surveillance cameras at the ground floor common areas, gym and swimming pool.
Challenges
Owners Association Establishment with RERA, OA Management Services and FM Services.
FM Services required: General Maintenance (Fabric, Plumbing, Electrical Works etc), HVAC maintenance for common areas, Cleaning, Security, Fire-Fighting, Fire alarm, Lifts, Pest control etc.
Solution
Designed and deployed a solution to meet the client specific requirements including:
Deployment of on-site team that handled and communicated directly with all related parties.
Work order process (call centre etc).
Standard operating procedure for all services.
Developed operational budget.
