Brief
Olive VFM was selected to provide FM Services, DLP Management and OA Management Services, to this iconic project in Dilmunia Island.
CanalView Is Located In Dilmunia Island in Muharraq and has been developed over an area of 13,068 Square Metres.
CanalView’s lifestyle features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, gym facilities, multi-sport court, and club/lounge facilities all set within the complex. Adding to the amenities, CanalView offers rooftop garden shaded space.
Challenges
Property Management (including handovers to clients, snagging of
properties etc), DLP Management, complete FM Management and operation, as well as OA Management Services.
FM Services required: General Maintenance (Fabric, Plumbing, Electrical Works etc), HVAC maintenance for common areas, Cleaning, Security, Fire-Fighting, Fire alarm, Lifts, Pest control, Landscap etc.
Solution
Designed and deployed a solution to meet the client specific requirements including:
1. Deployment of on-site specialist team that handled and communicated directly with all related parties.
2. Work order process (call centre etc).
3. Assets management solution integrated with client and supplier’s technology, using CAFM system.
4. Standard operating procedure for all services.
5. Developed operational budget.
