Nahar Building, widely known as National Audit Office, is a 10-floor building located in Seef area.
It accommodates the National Audit offices.
Challenges
- FM Services required: General Maintenance (Fabric, Plumbing, Electrical Works etc), Cleaning, Security, Lifts, etc
Solution
Designed and deployed a solution to meet the client specific requirements including:
- Work order process (call centre etc).
- Assets management solution integrated with client and supplier’s technology, using CAFM system.
- Standard operating procedure for all services.
