Brief
Olive VFM was selected to provide FM Services which including promenade cleaning and overall supervision.
The Dilmunia Canal is the Kingdom’s largest man-made body of water. The 1.7km canal stretches from the Marina to the north till the Dilmunia Garden in the south, providing a central link between Dilmunia’s districts. It will be surrounded by public prom- enades, geysers, water fountains, water walls, water cascades, boardwalks, and event plazas, making it one of the island’s focal points.
Challenges
FM Management and general promenade cleaning operations.
FM Services required: General maintenance (Civil, Plumbing, Electrical Works etc), AC maintenance for control rooms, Cleaning of promenade areas, overall management including assistance for events.
Solution
Designed and deployed a solution to meet the client specific requirements including:
- Work order process (call center, call handling, web requests).
- Assets management solution integrated with client and suppliers technology, using CAFM system.
- Advanced disaster recovery architecture and process to ensure a 24/7 operation.
- Standard operating procedure for all services.
- Developed operational budget.
