Brief
Olive VFM has been appointed as the facilities service provider for infrastructure works.
The USD 1.6 Billion Dilmunia project is a mixed-use development, built on a man made island off the coast of Muharraq, with a unique health and wellness anchor including residences, hotels, leisure and shopping districts, anchored around a health and wellness cluster.
Olive VFM has been appointed as the facilities services provider for infrastructure works, as works and DLP Period is completed on each phase of the Development.
Challenges
- To keep the common area (hardscape, roads, pavements etc) safe,
clean and in a good condition. - To maintain the well-being of the villas from deterioration.
- Multi-site operations with local services levels and standards.
- Pest Control Services for all common areas.
- Waste management and collection for all common areas.
- Patrolling and other security services.
Solution
Designed and deployed a solution to meet the client specific requirements,
including:
- Work order process (call center, call handling, web requests).
- Standard operating procedure for all services.
- Developed operational budget.
