Facilities Management
At Olive VFM, we operate, control, maintain and oversee residential, commercial, mixed-type and other type of properties. Through our in-house maintenance & supervisory team, as well as our specialized subcontractors, we provide high-end services that will fulfil the requirements of all clients.
Owners Association Management
We administer and manage the Common Area within a Jointly Owned Property on behalf of the owners to preserve the value of your properties.
We also provide a skilled approach to guide, form and operate Owners Associations services for residential properties, as per the standards of RERA Bahrain. We are always acting on behalf of the best interests of our clients and ensure the best standards are followed in the management solutions that we provide.
We ensure common assets, policies, budgets, and by-laws are well preserved and followed.
Consultancy
In Olive VFM, we provide Consultancy services to our clients as required, based on collaboration with other parties. Consultancy can include review of designs from FM perspective, Budgeting, Life Cycle Assessment, preparation of maintenance plans etc.
